Ella Archer (nee Beaumont) (GB Wheelchair Basketball Under 25 Women’s European Championships silver medalist) will be your fitness trainer for this live class from WheelPower. During this online class Ella will be taking us through a 40-minute workout that includes a short warm-up and warm down. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. Our gardening therapy allotment in the centre of Basingstoke is a safe and peaceful environment for learning-disabled people to spend time, meet new people and gain new skills in horticulture and woodwork. We grow, consume and educate about healthy produce, leading to better eating habits and improved general well-being.
